First impressions of Starfield
As a player who played Skyrim, Fallout 3/4 and Outer Wilds, when I entered Starfield, I immediately felt at home. It's as if the game tells you “you know the drill” and you stomp through quests. First, a little along the main line, then you explore the world of secondary small stories, or just wander around the locations and level up your character.
Levelling up your character here is easier: there are skills that you can open
and improve and the initial three characteristics, that's all.
The
world looks big and full. In every system I've been to, there was definitely
some kind of quest, sometimes even right after the jump they offer to help
someone or research something.
The most important thing is that I
like it and have a desire to return to the game.
Update
The first
impression was good, but thereafter, the game felt rather dull and
shallow.
